Cancellation Policy

At Sydney Taxi Services, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both passengers and drivers, ensuring flexibility while covering driver time and travel costs.

Free Cancellations

• Standard rides may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before pickup time.
• For early-morning airport bookings (before 6am), we recommend cancelling the night before to avoid charges.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may incur a fee.
• A no-show (when the driver arrives at the agreed pickup point but the passenger does not show up) may be charged the full fare or a partial fee, depending on circumstances.

Changes to Bookings

• If you need to update your booking (pickup time, location, vehicle type, etc.), please notify us as early as possible.
• We will do our best to accommodate changes, but vehicle availability may vary.

Prepaid & Corporate Bookings

• Prepaid rides and approved corporate accounts may have separate cancellation terms. These will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

How to Cancel

• You can cancel or update your booking by calling our support team or replying to your booking SMS/email confirmation.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
